Why does pricing vary by vehicle?
Larger vehicles take more time and product. Pricing by size means you pay a fair rate for your specific car — not a flat fee that overcharges compact cars or shortchanges large trucks.
What does the free exterior wash include?
Pre-wash rinse, full hand wash, wheel and tire cleaning, hand dry, and a spray wax coat for protection. The same exterior service we offer to all customers — done right every time.
What is the quick interior touch-up?
A 30–45 minute interior refresh — full vacuum, dust-off of the dash and door panels, and a wipe-down of high-touch surfaces. Not a deep clean, but keeps your interior well-maintained between full details.
How does the $100 interior credit work?
On Prestige, you can choose the $100 credit instead of the touch-up any given month. Apply it toward a full interior detail — combined with your 20% member discount, a full interior becomes very affordable.
Can I use my free service on a different car?
Your free monthly service applies to vehicles matching your registered membership size. If you add another vehicle to your garage of the same size, it's also eligible. Discounts apply to any vehicle regardless of size.
Can I change my membership vehicle?
Yes — go to My Account → Membership tab and select "Change Vehicle." If the new vehicle is a different size, you'll be offered the option to prorate the change immediately or apply it at your next billing date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no contracts, no fees. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. You keep full access through the end of your paid period.
How does billing work?
You're billed monthly on the same date you subscribed. Payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
